Ordering

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been paid for.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check your email address in your account. Perhaps your email address was entered incorrectly.
  • If you have still not received a confirmation email after doing all this, contact us at support@you-re-my-lobster.com. We will be pleased to check whether we have safely received your order.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout for your region.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We offer a secure and reliable payment system through our payment partner Mollie. When you place your order, we redirect you to a secure page that is denoted by ‘https’ in your browser address bar. Your payment details are solely and exclusively used for the payment. We never disclose your details to anyone else.

Shipping & delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €7.95 within Belgium, €9.95 to the Netherlands, and €12.95 to Luxembourg.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to ship orders rapidly. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You have up to 14 days after receiving your package to register your return via the website.
This is the only way we will accept returns.

Make sure all items still have the original tags and labels and are unworn and undamaged. We appreciate receiving the items back the same way you received them.

Please note: If the return procedure is not followed, an administrative fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund.

Will I receive a refund after a return?

The refund depends on the condition of the garment. If the item is undamaged, unworn, free from stains or makeup, and returned in its original packaging with the price tag and all original tags attached, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

For clarification, we do not accept returns of items that have been worn, stained, washed, or have had the security tag removed.

How quickly will I be refunded?

Within five working days of receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for returning the parcel.
